With annual sales set to hit £2 million this year, On3 is proud to have started with nothing, and grown to a firm that now employs 12 people, without sacrificng our deeply held convictions.

But we still need even more excellent people, particularly those with top notch engineering skills.

You’ll be responsible for the maintenance & repair of forklifts on customer sites, receiving a minimum of 6 weeks training & all the back up you need to deliver excellent customer service. It’s a role ideal for someone who wants to develop their engineering skills & gain a sense of achievement, by getting out & about, meeting, helping & delighting customers.

Attitude, aptitude & enthusiasm are by far the most important attributes. Experience is not necessary, but being an ambitious, good communicator, who is hard working & enjoys a bit of fun is a distinct advantage. Our new team member will enjoy a basic salary package in excess of £20K with overtime, a company pension, van, laptop, mobile & private medical health scheme.
